Polar Tensor Due Diligence

Polar Tensor Due Diligence Guide

Do not begin by asking only, “How much could I make?” Begin by asking what you should verify, which documents you should read, what risks you are accepting, and where you can obtain reliable answers.

This independent guide organizes company-published information, firsthand documentation, and questions for further investigation. It does not certify Polar Tensor, guarantee the accuracy of every corporate claim, or replace legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.

This page will continue to be updated.

CryptoCaRLo.ai will add new official documents, corporate announcements, event photographs, firsthand observations, corrections, monthly performance reports, and external verification links as they become available. Publication here does not mean that a document, claim, registration, or performance figure has been independently audited by CryptoCaRLo.ai.

01
Know What You Are Evaluating

Understand the Company and Service

Polar Tensor describes its platform as an AI-powered algorithmic trading system using multi-timeframe analysis and high-frequency execution in cryptocurrency markets. Its presentation identifies Polar One as its proprietary automated trading software.

What service am I actually using?
Am I purchasing software access, opening an account, or entering another type of contractual relationship?
Which company entity will contract with me?
Which statements are technical descriptions, and which are performance or marketing claims?
Step 02

Understand the Corporate Structure

Polar Tensor’s current legal disclosure describes separate entities for holding-company functions, client onboarding, custody, payment processing, technology, execution, and research. Verify which entity performs each role and which one would have obligations to you.

Published Entity Jurisdiction Company-Published Role Questions to Verify
Polar Tensor Corporation British Virgin Islands Described on the current website as the ultimate group holding company. Verify incorporation, current status, ownership, and the precise extent of its responsibilities.
Polar Tensor Corp. Panama Described as a technology provider and automated trading execution infrastructure operator. Verify registration number 155771852 and whether its activities match the published description.
Polar Tensor LAB Limited Hong Kong The presentation associates Hong Kong with research and development and publishes registration number 78737300. Verify the company record, directors, registered office, filing status, and actual operating location.
Polar Tensor Europe SP ZOO Poland The presentation publishes company number 0001021221 and VASP number RDWW-673. Verify both records and understand what the registration permits and does not permit.
Polar Tensor US LLC Wyoming, United States The current legal structure describes it as a client-facing entity for certain non-EU and U.S. users. Verify company number 2026-001864053, current standing, customer agreement, and applicable services.
Registration is not the same as approval. A company number, SEC CIK, FinCEN registration, VASP entry, or other registry listing does not by itself mean that a regulator has approved the trading system, guaranteed withdrawals, audited performance, insured customer assets, or endorsed the company.
Step 03

Understand the Technology Claims

Learning the terminology is useful, but technical language should never be treated as proof that a system cannot lose money.

Company-Published

Neural-Network Models

Polar Tensor says Polar One uses trend networks for longer-term conditions and direction networks for shorter-term market decisions.

Review the referenced arXiv paper yourself. Confirm its authorship, scope, methodology, peer-review status, and relationship—if any—to the live commercial system.

Who owns the software and intellectual property?
Has the live system been independently audited or technically reviewed?
Does the research paper describe the exact production system currently handling customer trading activity?
What exchanges, counterparties, custody arrangements, and execution venues are used?
What happens during software failure, exchange interruption, market dislocation, or cybersecurity incidents?
05
Know the Full Cost

Understand the Published Fees and Terms

Polar Tensor’s presentation publishes a one-time license fee, tier-based performance fees, weekly distributions when profits are generated, and withdrawal charges that change with account age. Confirm all terms in the current customer agreement before acting.

One-Time License Fee

The presentation states that 10% is deducted from the gross deposited amount.

Performance Fee

The published performance fee varies by trading-capital tier and is charged on generated profits.

Withdrawal Charge

The presentation describes a charge that reduces after 12 months and is removed after 24 months.

Is each fee deducted from the gross deposit, trading profit, withdrawal, or another amount?
Can fees or terms change, and how will users be notified?
Are network, exchange, conversion, card, custody, or third-party charges additional?
What happens to fees if an account is suspended, closed, or restricted?
Step 06

Evaluate Performance Claims Carefully

Polar Tensor publishes historical performance and drawdown information. CryptoCaRLo.ai also maintains monthly reports so visitors can review how company-reported results have varied over time. Treat all such figures as company-reported unless and until independent audit evidence is available for the exact data and period.

What the Published Materials Show

Historical-return charts are included in the presentation.
Monthly company-reported results can be reviewed over time.
Compounding examples are included.
A drawdown presentation is included.
The company states that the current version has operated since early 2024.
The website publishes technical performance statements.

What You Should Still Verify

Whether results were independently audited.
Whether all accounts and all periods are represented.
Whether figures are gross or net of every applicable fee.
Whether live user outcomes match the displayed master-account data.
Whether the same methodology and risk controls remain in use today.
Whether reporting methods have remained consistent from month to month.
Past results are not future promises. Historical performance and monthly reports can help you understand what happened during specified past periods. They cannot tell you what your account will earn, whether losses will occur, or whether the system will continue operating under future market conditions.
Step 07

Look Beyond Company Materials

Read favorable and unfavorable information. Look for repeated patterns, documented evidence, unresolved complaints, company responses, and whether reviewers appear to have firsthand experience.

Are complaints answered clearly and consistently?
Do users report successful deposits and withdrawals over meaningful periods?
Are reviewers discussing the trading service itself or mainly the referral opportunity?
Can important claims be corroborated through official registries or documents outside company-controlled websites?
Ask Direct Questions

Questions Every Prospect Should Be Able to Ask

A clear answer should identify the source document, responsible entity, applicable fee, legal limitation, or operational procedure—not merely provide reassurance.

Company and Operations

Who owns and controls the company?
Where are the actual offices, personnel, and technology operations?
Which legal entity signs my customer agreement?
Who provides customer service and handles complaints?
What happens if one entity becomes unavailable or insolvent?

Assets and Trading

Who legally controls or safeguards customer assets?
Where are trades executed?
Are customer assets pooled, segregated, or tracked individually?
What happens during a losing period or exchange failure?
Can I obtain a complete transaction and trading history?

Withdrawals and Access

What withdrawal limits, charges, delays, or verification steps apply?
Who approves or processes a withdrawal?
Under what conditions can an account be restricted?
What written complaint and escalation procedures exist?
What happens if I discontinue the software service?

Performance and Risk

Are published performance figures independently audited?
Are results gross or net of all fees?
What was the largest losing day, week, month, and drawdown?
Do monthly reports show both stronger and weaker periods?
Which risks could cause a partial or total loss?
What evidence would change my decision not to participate?

Polar Tensor Las Vegas Conference

This photograph was taken during the Polar Tensor conference in Las Vegas in May 2026. It documents Carlo’s personal attendance and in-person interaction with Polar Tensor CEO Felix during the conference.

Felix attended the event in person, interacted with members, and participated in conference activities. The photograph documents a real-world interaction rather than relying only on online images, videos, or digital presentations.

On a personal note, Carlo is approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, while Felix appeared to be approximately 6 feet 7 inches tall. The considerable height difference made the meeting especially memorable.

Documentation limitation: This photograph documents event attendance and an in-person meeting. It does not prove future performance, financial safety, regulatory endorsement, software accuracy, or the success of any participant.
Additional documentation will be added.

Additional Las Vegas photographs may be added as they become available. Future event sections will follow the same format: date, location, context, firsthand observations, and a clear explanation of what the documentation does and does not establish.

Current Development

Hong Kong Headquarters Documentation

CryptoCaRLo.ai has been informed that Polar Tensor is preparing a Hong Kong headquarters opening and that selected members from multiple countries are expected to attend during August 2026.

This section is currently a documentation placeholder. Official announcements, event details, photographs, corporate materials, addresses, and firsthand observations will be added only as they become available and can be accurately identified.

Event attendance is supporting documentation—not proof of future performance. Photographs of an office, event, founder, executive, or company representative may help establish that an interaction or event occurred. They do not guarantee profitability, solvency, regulatory compliance, withdrawal availability, or the future success of the company.

The CryptoCaRLo.ai Due Diligence Philosophy

Learn Enough to Trust Your Own Decision

Do not trust CryptoCaRLo.ai blindly. Do not trust a company, presenter, leader, referral partner, review, photograph, monthly report, projection, or testimonial blindly.

The goal of due diligence is not to prove that a company is automatically good or bad. The goal is to gather enough reliable information, understand the limitations, ask meaningful questions, and make your own informed decision.

Never contribute money or digital assets that you cannot afford to lose. Consider obtaining advice from appropriately qualified legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, and regulatory professionals before acting.
