Need Help With Philippine TIN Documentation?
Information for U.S.-based applicants who may need Philippine tax or identification documentation for an international account-verification process.
Philippine TIN Assistance
A Philippine Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) may be issued to eligible Filipino citizens and foreign nationals depending on their circumstances and the applicable requirements.
If you have been advised that you may need Philippine documentation as part of an account-verification process, assistance may be available to help you understand what information and documents you need to prepare.
Important: This assistance does not complete your account verification or KYC for you. You are responsible for personally completing and submitting your own KYC verification.
How the Process Works
Request information about the documentation process and requirements.
Provide accurate personal details and a clear, high-quality photo.
Processing times may vary depending on availability and operating hours in the Philippines.
You personally complete and submit your account-verification process.
What You Should Prepare

⚠️ Already Have a Philippine TIN?
Do not apply for another TIN. A person should generally have only one Philippine Taxpayer Identification Number. If you previously received a TIN, you should verify and use your existing number.
Account Verification & KYC
Obtaining Philippine tax or identification documentation and completing an account's KYC verification are separate processes.
You must personally complete your own KYC. Acceptance of any document is determined by the financial platform and its compliance provider.
