Please follow these steps to most efficiently and quickly fund your TranzactCard FDIC Insured Checking Account:

This is SENDING from your current bank rather than pulling from your current bank/debit card/e-check

Very simple and effective once you complete the initial steps…

Log into your current bank account; you will likely need to be on your desktop, not app or mobile

Click ‘Pay’ and/or ‘Transfer,’ or ‘Transfer Funds’
Transfer
External accounts
Add external account
Type in bank name from your TranzactCard banking back office, if needed
Enter your TranzactCard checking account and routing numbers (from your TranzactCard banking back office)
Most banks will make 2 small deposits to your TranzactCard checking account (seen under ‘Transactions’) within 24-72 hours
Once available, log into your desktop version of current bank account and verify the two deposit amounts.
Now, moving forward, Go to ‘Pay’ and/or ‘Transfer’ and select from which account and TO your TranzactCard Checking account.
